A lattice girder enquiry should identify both the destination market and the approved product drawing. The Australia and Israel catalogues on this website are separate references. Their dimensions and model systems should not be combined into one specification.
For Australian lattice girder enquiries
Start with the seven Australian model references. The table distinguishes the model designation, girder height, top chord diameter and weight per metre. For example, T150/10 is listed at 154 mm height with a 9.5 mm top chord and 2.06 kg/m. The name alone does not specify every dimension needed for manufacture.
Include the required girder length, bottom chord and diagonal wire requirements, drawing revision and quantity. Ask for confirmation of the dimensions and measurement basis before approving a quotation.
For Israeli lattice girder enquiries
Use the Israel reference specification table together with your drawings. The table is a reference for discussion; wire diameters, girder height and length can be reviewed for custom requirements. An Australian model should not be used as shorthand for an Israeli drawing.
What the drawing should clarify
- Overall height and how it is measured
- Top and bottom chord diameters
- Diagonal wire diameter and geometry
- Girder length, end details and tolerances
- Specified material and applicable project requirements
- Drawing number and current revision
If any item is undecided, mark it as requiring clarification. Photographs can help explain a shape but do not establish dimensions, load capacity or project suitability.
Make quantities and packing clear
List quantities by model and length, identifying whether the total is pieces or metres. Include bundle preferences, handling restrictions, destination country and port, and requested timing. Catalogue weight per metre is a comparison reference; confirm the total order weight and packing in the quotation.
Before placing an order
Agree the final drawing, specification, quantity, documentation and packing requirements. Installation and structural suitability remain subject to the approved project design. A catalogue entry or product photograph is not evidence that a particular project requirement has been met.
Send separate schedules if the enquiry covers more than one destination market. Use the Israel girder enquiry or the Australian enquiry link below to identify the correct product family.
